After years of demand, I created with my colleague Dr. Brandon Brock a postgraduate program for licensed practitioners on managing complex brain disorders. The course is more than 300 hours and has been approved by the International Association of Functional Neurology and Rehabilitation (IAFNR) and the National University of Health Sciences.
The program will allow licensed health care providers to sit for multidisciplinary specialty diplomate and fellowship board certification examinations. Registrants can attend the course live or online worldwide via streaming.
Course registration will open in a few weeks for the first course in February 2016. The course will cover detailed aspects of neuroanatomy, neurological examination, and rehabilitation associated with traumatic brain injury, childhood neurodevelopmental disorders, neurodegenerative disease, and other brain-based disorders. This course represents an evolution of functional neurology and presents the latest non-pharmaceutical applications to supporting brain health.
The course is only being taught once and is expected to sell out quickly. For more information please visit this link.
